Entry may be allowed during intermission, if applicable. • All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. • Refunds are not offered due to personal circumstances or no-shows. ACCESSIBLE TICKETS • Email ADREA Customer Service with your valid ID and POD card to request accessible seating in advance. • Complimentary seating is available for UAE POD cardholders. A companion seat may be requested based on availability. MOBILE TICKETS • For mobile entry tickets, you will only be able to access your tickets on your phone. They will not be available to print from your online account, nor can they be emailed to you. • All tickets will be digital via registering a Ticketmaster account. After the successful purchase of tickets, fans can access their tickets by either accessing them in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
