POUND® Unplugged is a high-energy, rhythm-led workout that blends focused, high-intensity drumming with restorative movement, rhythmic breathing and meditation. You’ll use Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, to drum, move and sweat to the beat, then ease down into breath and mindfulness, leaving you feeling recharged, grounded and whole. It’s a workout for the whole person: mind, body and soul. No experience needed, no reps to count and no choreography to get right. All fitness levels welcome.
