Monday Reset

Start your week in a different way — grounded, clear and energized. Join us for a weekly Monday Reset, a powerful evening practice designed to release the weight of the past week and realign you with clarity and presence for the days ahead. The experience begins with guided breathwork by Igor Sivov, helping you release tension, awaken your body and reset your nervous system. Once the body opens and the mind quiets, you will be guided into the sound healing meditation by Johny Dar, allowing the high frequency sounds to integrate the experience and bring your body into a state of deep relaxation, inner peace and balance. Together, these practices create a powerful weekly ritual — a space to pause, breathe, connect and start the week from a place of strength and clarity. Bring a friend, especially someone who may need connection, support, or simply a peaceful start to the week. Make Monday your reset!🎟️ REGISTRATION IS FREE, BUY TICKET AT THE VENUE260 AED
