Advanced positive handling and behaviour management training for school staff, delivered in Dubai by Z Professional Development. An advanced, instructor led day for staff who have completed Level 1 and want to deepen their positive handling and behaviour management practice. Who this day is for Teachers, learning support assistants, SEN staff and behaviour leads who have completed Positive Handling Level 1 or hold equivalent training. What the day covers Reviewing and refreshing Level 1 principles and techniques. Advanced de-escalation and defusion strategies for complex behaviour. Team based positive handling techniques and safe holds. Risk assessment, behaviour support plans and restraint reduction. The legal framework, recording, reporting and post incident learning. Leading a positive handling culture across a school team. Timing 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Gulf Standard Time at the Z PD office, The Light Commercial Tower, Al Barsha South, Dubai. Certification Attendees receive a Level 2 certificate of completion from Z Professional Development. A KHDA stamped certificate is available with the upgraded ticket.
