Komm vorbei und lerne, wie du effizienter und verletzungsfrei laufen kannst, inklusive Theorieblock (diesmal neu). Lauftechnik Training Damit du nicht einfach nur läufst, sondern auch weißt, wie du richtig läufst, gibt es unser Lauftechnik-Training. Hier wird dir gezeigt, wie du effizienter läufst, Verletzungen vermeidest und dabei auch Spaß hast. In 1,5 Stunden gibt es, diesmal NEU, zuerst einen Theorieblock, dann das Lauf-ABC und wir laufen gemeinsam. Jedes Level willkommen! Wir freuen uns auf dich! 👟💪 Die Anmeldung gilt verlässlich und vor Ort bitte €5 in BAR mitbringen. Danke!
