Conscious Connection & Dancing is not about performance or chasing connection, but about remembering within you and allowing connection to arise naturally. This is NOT a speed-dating format. Instead we look behind the masks, the roles, the small talk and superficial topics. With a friendly mind based on heart-centered interest. She has a natural gift for weaving mindfulness, movement, and conscious relating — supporting people to connect first with themselves, honor their boundaries, and open to genuine encounters with curiosity and ease.
