A Day Under the Grandmother Tree - Systemic Constellations Workshop

A full-day outdoor Systemic Constellations workshop under the Grandmother Tree at The Farm for Wellbeing, Adelaide Hills. Have you ever felt an emotion that didn't quite feel like your own? Found yourself repeating the same painful pattern, again and again, without knowing why? Sometimes what we carry isn't from our own story - it's inherited. Unspoken family secrets, old traumas and hidden loyalties can quietly block the flow of love and energy through a family system, echoing down through the generations until someone finally turns to face them. A Day Under the Grandmother Tree is a full-day Systemic Constellations workshop held outdoors at The Farm for Wellbeing, in the beautiful stillness of the Adelaide Hills. Held beneath the shade of the Grandmother Tree, this is a gentle, supported space to step into the healing work of family constellations - with room for 3-4 full constellations and experimental introductory exercises for those new to the work. What's included: • Tea, provided throughout the day • Kitchen facilities to warm up your own food • Chairs (or bring a cushion/yoga mat if you'd prefer to sit on the ground) What to bring: • Your own picnic lunch • Layers of clothing (outdoor weather can shift) • Sunscreen, a sun hat, and plenty of water This is an invitation to slow down, be witnessed, and gently uncover what's been asking to be seen - for you, and for the generations before and after you.
