ActNow Theatre Community Workshop: Scoping and Pricing Your Creative Work with Michèle Saint-Yves

In this workshop Michèle will cover the basics of scoping and pricing your work as an artist, including: • what do I want to generate and achieve with my creative paid work? • what are my work 'products'? • how do I work out my rate? • what tools can help me calculate different rates for different projects? • what are my bottom lines and non-negotiables? This workshop is perfect for emerging professional artists, can also benefit established artists who struggle with the business part of the job or just need a refresher, and also anyone considering the possibilities of a career in the arts. Join us for this free event designed for community members aged 18+, with a small donation suggested from allies to support the program. All donations $2 and over are fully tax-deductible. Please consider carefully if you are able to attend the workshop before registering your ticket. Our workshops often become fully booked, with waitlists of people wanting to attend. If you have any trouble RSVPing please call us at (08) 8123 0346 during business hours or email [email protected] to register. __ [Insert bio here] Photograph by Jamois -- Please note: ActNow Theatre will be capturing photos and videos for promotional purposes during this workshop.
