In this hands-on cooking workshop, Chef Tony will take you on a culinary journey through Spain, exploring the ingredients, techniques and dishes that make Spanish cuisine so popular around the world. From the small, flavour-packed bites known as pinchos to the refreshing flavours of sangria, you'll discover how Spanish cooking brings people together through food, conversation and shared dining. Throughout the evening, Chef Tony will share the secrets behind creating authentic Spanish-inspired flavours, working with ingredients such as smoked paprika, garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs and seasonal produce. You'll learn how to combine simple ingredients to create dishes that are full of character, beautifully presented and perfect for entertaining family and friends. On the Menu • Anchovy Toasts: Classic Spanish pinchos packed with flavour. • Garlic Chorizo Prawns: Succulent prawns with garlic and smoky chorizo. • Olive Breadsticks: Freshly made breadsticks, perfect for sharing. • Tortilla Española: Traditional Spanish potato omelette. • Spanish Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings: Tender chicken wings coated in a rich, flavour-packed glaze. • Beef Cheek with Creamed Cauliflower: Slow-cooked beef cheeks served with silky cauliflower purée. • Spanish Fried Padrón Peppers: A classic tapas favourite, blistered and simply seasoned. • Mini Basque Cheesecakes: Rich, creamy individual cheesecakes with beautifully caramelised tops.
