Chair Yoga December Bookings

Chair Yoga at the Library. Spots are limited to 16 per class. To avoid disappointment please ensure you book ahead to secure a spot. Taught by local Yoga Instructor Rubina of ABCD Yoga this fun workshop will incorporate breathing exercises, yoga poses, stretches, relaxation techniques and more all while seated. The aim of these classes is to improve flexibility, strength and posture. Happening each Tuesday between 11:45am-12:45pm and each Friday between 10:45-11:45am. Classes will be $10 + Booking Fee per class. Please Note: Due to limited spots classes must now be booked via Humanitix before the class. Please note by attending this class you acknowledge any risks of injury that may occur. Please ensure you speak to our instructor Rubina at the start of the class to advise of any injuries or areas of concern so exercises can be modified. Please consult your regular doctor first if this is your first time trying chair yoga. Please note in the case of an emergency or medical event an ambulance may be called on your behalf and you may be liable for any associated costs.
