Creativity for Wellbeing Weekly Art Therapy Group with Robyn Molsher | VistaArt Therapies A gentle, welcoming weekly group to slow down, reconnect and support your wellbeing through creativity. These small-group sessions offer a calm and supportive space to: • reduce stress and overwhelm • explore creativity without pressure • reflect and reconnect with yourself • build confidence and self-expression • connect with others in a meaningful way No artistic experience is needed — this is about process, not perfection. Each session may include: • guided creative prompts • reflective art making • mindfulness and grounding practices 💛 Bring your own preferred art materials (e.g. journal/sketchbook, coloured pencils, textas, collage materials, pastels etc.) Details 📍 Diverse-City Gouger St Adelaide 🕒 2 hour weekly sessions 💛 Cost: $15 per session Participants are welcome to attend casually or join the full 6-week journey for greater reflection and continuity. · Thursdays 10:30am-12:30 (weekly 22 Oct- 3 dec 2026) no class on 12/11) (Additional Tues & Sat morning classes are being held at Forestville SA- get in touch for details.
