Monthly mornings of being guided through contemporary dance movement to a legendary playlist. What is contemporary dance? Who's to really say! But expect to travel through the space, spend some time on the ground and some time upright. A little bit somatic, a little bit sweaty, but mostly just vibes. Each workshop will be different with no need to have attended previous ones. No dance experience required. (truly! I won't hit you with a surprise split jump combo) Also awesome if you do have dance experience! Mysterious! Come.
