Dance Circle (Kuitpo forest)

WOMEN’S DANCE CIRCLE 🌿 LUA NOVA An afternoon amongst the trees to move, dance, play, connect and let go. Lua Nova is a 3-hour guided dance and embodied movement experience for women, a space to get out of your head and back into your body. We’ll move through different music, guided movement and playful prompts, use props and accessories, drink cacao together and give ourselves permission to move without worrying about what it looks like. There is no choreography and no right way to move. You absolutely do not need to be a dancer. This is about letting go of expectation, reconnecting with yourself and bringing out some of that playful energy we often lose as adults. We’ll be gathering amongst the trees in Kuitpo Forest, surrounded by nature and away from the usual noise of everyday life. Come with a friend, or come alone. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to meet and connect with other local women. 🤎 Saturday 18 October 2:00–5:00pm Kuitpo Forest $59 per person Wear something you feel comfortable moving in, bring water, and come exactly as you are. No dance experience needed. Just a willingness to move.
