Terms and Conditions By purchasing or using a ticket to attend the FLSA Law Ball 2026 (Event), each attendee agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. • Tickets 1.1. All tickets must be purchased through Humanitix. 1.2. A valid ticket must be presented upon entry. 1.3. FLSA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide a valid ticket or satisfactory proof of purchase. • Refunds 2.1. Subject to clauses 2.2 and 2.4, all ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. 2.2. Refunds will not be provided where an attendee is unable to attend the Event due to personal circumstances, including illness, injury, bereavement, family emergency, work commitments, travel disruption, examination commitments, or a change in personal circumstances. 2.3. Tickets may be transferred in accordance with clause 3. 2.4. If the Event is cancelled by FLSA and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid. 2.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). • Ticket Transfers 3.1. Tickets may be transferred to another person by notifying FLSA at [email protected] no later than seven (7) days before the Event. 3.2. A transfer is not effective unless confirmed by FLSA. • Admission 4.1. Admission is limited to valid ticket holders. 4.2. Attendees may be required to produce photographic identification upon entry. 4.3. The Event will be held at Hickinbotham Hall, National Wine Centre, Adelaide, commencing at 7:30 pm on Saturday, 19 September 2026. 4.4. FLSA and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to comply with venue requirements, or fails to comply with a reasonable direction of Event staff. • Responsible Service of Alcohol 5.1. Alcohol will be supplied and consumed in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA). 5.2. Venue staff may refuse service of alcohol to any attendee and may require any attendee to leave the Event where considered necessary for compliance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA) or the safety and wellbeing of other attendees. 5.3. Any attendee who is intoxicated, disorderly, disruptive, or otherwise engages in inappropriate conduct may be removed from the Event without refund. • Conduct 6.1. Attendees must behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the Event. 6.2. FLSA reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in unlawful, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or disruptive conduct. 6.3.Removal from the Event under this clause will not entitle an attendee to a refund. • Event Changes 7.1. FLSA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including changes to the venue, schedule, entertainment, catering, speakers, or other advertised inclusions. 7.2. FLSA will use reasonable endeavours to notify attendees of any material changes. • Photography 8.1. Photography and videography may be undertaken during the Event. 8.2. By attending the Event, attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness and voice by FLSA for promotional, marketing and archival purposes, including publication on social media and other FLSA communications. • Liability 9.1. Attendees attend the Event at their own risk. 9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLSA excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Event, except where such liability arises from FLSA’s negligence or cannot be excluded by law. 9.3. FLSA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property brought to the Event. • Contact 10.1.
