Halloween. Coffee. Paint. Create.

Coffee, snacks, painting, creativity and trick or treat bags... not for the faint hearted. (Just kidding)... Marking the first halloween with Ebb and Flow Studio, we are a mobile paint and sip business that base ourselves in the local cafe, Nutrition Republic and are so honoured. Immerse yourself in an interactive, beginner-friendly painting workshop with acrylic painting materials supplied. Nourish your body, inspire your soul. Ebb and Flow Studio is proud to partner with Nutrition Republic. In this session, we will be learning how to construct our own halloween masterpieces with an original painting created by, Erykah Jennette. Through this partnership, Ebb & Flow Studio and Nutrition Republic will bring our communities together with collaborative events, promotions, and shared experiences, introducing you to something new while celebrating a lifestyle centred on creativity, balance, connection, and wellness. Nourish your body, inspire your soul! Lots of love, Ebb & Flow Studio
