Join us for Laugh, Breathe, Stretch & Connect, an engaging session that introduces the unique practice of Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques and gentle stretching to help release tension, increase energy, support relaxation and promote a positive mindset. You don't need a sense of humour, special fitness level, or any previous experience. The laughter exercises are simple, accessible and often become genuine laughter through the shared group experience.
