This practical workshop will help business owners take a more considered approach to their technology by identifying opportunities to simplify and consolidate everyday systems, get more value from the tools they already pay for, and strengthen the way business and customer information is protected. Hosted by Jasmin Ilic from CYBR, this workshop will cover common cyber risks facing small businesses, including scams, invoice fraud and impersonation, along with practical security improvements that can be implemented without making technology more complicated. The session will also look at where AI can genuinely save time and reduce administration, how it is changing the threat landscape, and what businesses need to consider before using AI tools with sensitive or customer information.
