Facilitated by Jasmin Ilic Located in Prospect Small businesses often build up a mix of software, subscriptions and digital tools over time, which can lead to unnecessary costs, duplicated systems and security gaps. This practical workshop will help business owners take a more considered approach to their technology by identifying opportunities to simplify and consolidate everyday systems, get more value from the tools they already pay for, and strengthen the way businessand customer information is protected. We will cover common cyber risks facing small businesses, including scams, invoice fraud and impersonation, along with practical security improvements that can be implemented without making technology more complicated. The session will also look at where AI can genuinely save time and reduce administration, how it is changing the threat landscape, and what businesses need to consider before using AI tools with sensitive or customer information.
