'Letters from Home' by Nexus Arts Orchestra

A cross-cultural musical performance exploring memory, identity and connection through sound. Letters from Home – A Cross-Cultural Musical Journey Explore memory, identity and connection through the universal language of music. A dusty letterbox tucked away in a corner. You leaf through its pages, and a tapestry of reconnections springs to life — stories of people, places and memories brought vividly to the senses. What are our stories? Where do we come from, and what connects us? Presented by Nexus Arts Orchestra, Letters from Home is an evocative cross-cultural musical performance celebrating the power of music to bring people and cultures together. The performance features world-premiere works by South Australian cellist and composer Jack Overall, exploring themes of memory, identity, belonging and connection through sound.
