Little Market Chefs - Spring 2026

A fun, hands-on cooking class for your little chefs! At Adelaide Central Market, we celebrate cooking from the ground up, connecting budding young chefs with fresh and seasonal Market produce. Guided by the team at Sprout, your little ones will learn how to create simple, delicious dishes using delicious ingredients sourced directly from our traders. Each hands-on class blends cooking skills with fun nutritional information, highlighting the benefits of using fresh produce. After preparing their dish, attendees will sit down together to enjoy feasting on what they’ve made! Please arrive 5 minutes early at our Community Kitchen (next to the Gouger Street entrance). This event is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years. Participants outside this age range cannot attend, and refunds will not be provided.
