Making Change Stick

Making Change Stick Have you ever decided to change something - and you really meant it? You start with the best intentions, and then, somehow, life takes over and you find yourself slipping back into the same old patterns. It can be so frustrating - especially when you know what you want and you’re genuinely ready for it. So why do some changes stick ... while others slowly disappear? It’s not necessarily because you need more discipline, motivation or a better strategy. At this Morning Shift, we’ll explore what actually helps change take hold - so instead of repeatedly starting again, you can begin moving towards what you really want. The Morning Shift is a relaxed, small-group conversation over coffee - a chance to step out of the usual rush, think a little differently, and have the kind of conversation that can shift what happens next. Come as you are. Bring whatever you’re currently wanting to change, move forward with, or understand more clearly. Join me for a thoughtful, practical morning about making the changes you want - and making them stick.
