NYE 2027 at Merrymaker Rooftop Bar

Everyone has a NYE plan until 11.55pm. Ours includes dinner, champagne, a rooftop, and somewhere to stand at midnight. Every New Year’s Eve plan works fine until 11.55pm. That’s when half the group is still in a bar queue, the other half can’t see a thing, and nobody knows where dinner’s coming from. So we’ve planned midnight for you. It’s sixteen floors up on Market Street, at Adelaide’s highest rooftop bar open to the public, with the whole city lit up below. You arrive at 8pm and we hand you a glass of champagne. The buffet runs until midnight, with vegetarian options, so nobody ends up hunting for a kebab at 10.30pm. Then we count down together, and it’s 2027. The doors close at 1am. What’s included • A glass of champagne on arrival • Buffet-style dining from 8pm to midnight, with vegetarian options • Rooftop entry from 8pm to 1am on Level 16, with the countdown to 2027 The details • Thursday 31 December 2026, 8pm–1am • Merrymaker Rooftop Bar, Level 16, Hotel Indigo® Adelaide Markets, 23–29 Market Street, Adelaide • $219 per person • 18+ only, and ID is required Make the trip home a lift ride We have rooms downstairs. Your trip home can be a lift ride instead of a taxi queue on New Year’s Day. Stay the night.
