Join us for a unique blend of Mat Pilates, Pints, and chats supporting men's mental health (non-alcoholic options are available). Pilates & Pints is a low-key mat Pilates session designed specifically for blokes who might not normally attend a Pilates class because: • They think they’re not flexible enough • They feel awkward walking into a class • They think they’d be the only guy in the room This is different. No pressure. No experience needed. Just come have a crack. The night includes a relaxed 45-minute beginner-friendly mat Pilates session focused on helping you move and feel better, followed by the chance to stick around for a drink and a chat afterwards if you want. Whether you’re feeling stiff, sore, tight, stressed, or just keen to try something different in a relaxed environment, this is a great first step.
