FREE education session for families and friends, delivering information to those supporting someone using alcohol and drugs. Is someone in your family or a friend using drugs and/or alcohol? Are you looking for practical, down-to-earth information and support? This workshop will cover: Setting Workable Boundaries & Dealing with Conflict • Exploring why boundary setting is difficult • What healthy boundaries look like • Strategies on how to negotiate & deal with conflict • Exploring conflict and emotions Presented by Family Drug Support - a national, non-religious not-for-profit charity. Each Stepping Forward session is designed so that you will have something of value to take away to help you on your journey.
