The Long Hard Night - A Movember 12HR Fundraiser | ADELAIDE

Tackle a 12 hour, through the night, relay style workout, in teams of 3. Some nights are harder than others, this is one of them and you don't have to face it alone. This will be a 12-hour overnight erg relay in teams rotating through 4 machines. 12 hours of work, 3 team members and 1 person always working. In your team you will tackle the bike, rower, ski erg and treadmill, trying to accumulate the most amount of KM's over the 12 hours in whatever strategy you choose. Go head to head with other teams for the highest fundraising team by 8am the following morning and also to take out the prize for most KM's travelled over the 12 hours. It won't be easy, it's not meant to be, but together we can get through anything.
