The Unfurling - Women's Circle

A ceremonial journey of sacred dance, feminine embodiment, and womb wisdom, inspired by the unfurling of spring. There is something profound that happens when women gather. We remember. We move, breathe, share, celebrate and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that can become quiet beneath the demands of everyday life. The Unfurling is an immersive women's circle inspired by the unfolding beauty of spring, inviting you into deeper connection with your body, your womb, your feminine essence and the ancient wisdom carried within. A ceremonial space to gather, to move, to remember, and to celebrate the woman you are becoming. We'll spend the afternoon moving through a series of sacred and deeply embodied practices: 𓆃 Womb Connection, Activation & Breathwork Deepening your relationship with the womb, intuition and feminine life force. 𓆃 Sacred Dance Rooted in my Levantine lineage, awakening the primordial language of the feminine body through rhythm, movement and embodied expression. 𓆃 Feminine Embodiment & Somatic Practices Exploring the body through movement, sensation and conscious awareness. 𓆃 Journalling & Reflection Creating space to listen inward and honour what is ready to emerge. 𓆃 A Powerful Seeding Ritual Planting intentions for the season ahead and consciously choosing what you wish to cultivate. 𓆃 Restorative Cleansing & Healing Meditation Releasing, integrating and settling into everything you've moved through. 𓆃 Tea, Nourishing Refreshments & Sisterhood You will leave feeling more grounded in your body, connected to your womb, open in your feminine energy, clear about what you're cultivating, and deeply nourished by sisterhood. This is your invitation to step out of the noise for a few hours. To honour the body, the womb and the many seasons of becoming that we move through as women. To gather in sisterhood. To celebrate what is blossoming. And to plant the seeds for what comes next. You don't have to rush your becoming. There is wisdom in allowing yourself to unfurl.
