Volunteer Management: Find and Keep Great People Volunteers are essential to club life, but finding and keeping them has become harder. Clubs need to offer clear, realistic and rewarding ways for people to contribute. This session looks at the complete volunteer experience, from identifying the help your club needs and recruiting the right people to onboarding, supporting and recognising them. You’ll leave with practical ideas to share the workload, improve retention and create a volunteer culture people want to be part of.
