Yin and Sound Evening

Take a pause during this busy season to turn inward and reflect as we approach the summer solstice and the end of the year. The evening will include a sharing circle, yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other sound healing instruments. Tea and snacks will be supplied. Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required. Find us in the studio at the back of the car park. Please note: sliding scale pricing options to book. Please select what suits you best. Contact Sophie at [email protected] or 0431 032 797 with any questions. Refunds are available up to 7 days before event. No refunds within 7 days of the event, but your place can be passed onto another person.
