Ballarat Puppy Yoga Class

Throughout each class, puppy wellbeing remains our top priority. Sessions are puppy-led and carefully managed to respect each pup's individual comfort, boundaries and need for rest, while helping to prevent overstimulation. At the same time, our classes offer guests a meaningful pause from daily life. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and connection with the puppies, participants are invited to slow down, be present and support their own wellbeing. Participants aged 12 to 16 years are welcome to attend when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow all puppy handling and class rules to protect the wellbeing and safety of the puppies. Both the parent/guardian and child must purchase their own ticket to attend. A parent/guardian waiver is required prior to participation.
