BMI Twilight Talks - Season 2 2026

Twilight Talks 2026 | Season 2 Twilight Talks have been held at the BMI since 2001, providing a great opportunity to hear some fantastic speakers and meet up with friends over drinks. Guests can arrive at the Humffray Room from 5pm for drinks and conversation, followed by a 30 to 40-minute talk at 5.30pm, concluding at approximately 6.30pm. Information Coming soon... The full speaking schedule for this series of Twilight Talks will be found at Twilight Talks 2026, once the schedule has been finalised, titles will also be confirmed below: • Wednesday 16 September - A Brief, Selected History 'Herstory' of Nursing at Ballarat Base Hospital - Over the Years • Wednesday 30 September - Ideas of Love and Loss: In conversation with Anne Connor & Anne Gleeson • Wednesday 7 October - The Importance of Ballarat East - Speaker, Doug Bradby • Wednesday 28 October - The Light on the Hill: An Updated History of the Australian Labour Party - Speaker, Ross McMullin. • Wednesday 25 November - Understanding the Language of your Body - Speaker, Meredith O'Loughlan. • Wednesday 2 December - 100 Year History of Legacy, Ballarat - Speaker, Richard McRoberts.
