Financial Wellbeing Workshop @ Djila-tjarriu Community Hub

A practical and supportive session for seniors focused on understanding money, accessing supports, and building confidence to manage finances now and into the future. Participants will explore managing money on a fixed income, understanding super and the Age Pension, and learning about concessions and rebates available. The session will also touch on planning for the future. This session aims to support and improve financial wellbeing, increase awareness of available supports, and helps to reduce financial stress within the community. Participants will gain practical knowledge, feel more confident managing their money, and better understand what supports they can access. This can help reduce uncertainty, improve financial decision-making, and support long-term wellbeing. Presented by Cafs Victoria.
