About The Grampians Health Physiotherapy team invite you to join us for an interactive parent and baby class. This class is suitable for any postnatal women and their babies. You do not have to be a first time parent to attend this class. Non – birthing parents also welcome to attend. Topics covered will be - postnatal recovery for mum - tips and tricks for optimising your recovery including pelvic floor - tummy time and different ways to implement - protecting your babies head shape and preventing flattening/plagiocephaly - how to support your babies gross motor development - when to see physiotherapy for 1:1 assessment of yourself or your baby This will be held at our Queen Elizabeth site, in the Peter Heinz Building. This located at 102 Ascot Street, Ballarat central. There is free parking on the surrounding streets.
