About Join a positive, non-judgmental, adaptive dance class designed to make you feel good! Enjoy simple, fun routines to well-known songs, building your skills along the way. Dances can be tailored to be easier or more challenging based on your preferences. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Classes last 60 minutes, once a week, and casual bookings are welcome. By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge the following: - I am 16 years of age or older. - Dance involves inherent risks, and I take full responsibility for my well-being while participating in SHEDSONG Dance. - I have no medical conditions preventing safe participation and will seek medical advice as needed. - SHEDSONG Dance may photograph or film me during class for promotional purposes. (Accommodations are available for those who do not wish to be photographed.) Dancers needing specific accommodations for disabilities should contact the event organiser beforehand.
