Sleep and fatigue

Why sleep changes as we age, pain, anxiety and sleep, sleep strategies, managing fatigue and low energy. Duration 1.5 hours. Looking to stay healthy, independent, and connected as you age? Mecwacare’s Healthy Ageing Workshops in the Hepburn Shire are designed to support you with practical, easy-to-understand information on topics that matter — from nutrition and heart health to sleep, mental wellbeing, and staying socially connected. These workshops are more than just information sessions — they’re a chance to learn, share, and connect with others in your community. We know that living in rural areas can sometimes make it harder to access services and support, which is why these sessions are so important. They empower you with knowledge, build confidence, and help you take control of your health and wellbeing.
