The Heart and Core of Dance Using Pilates, Yoga and Alexander work to promote postural alignment and freedom of movement. Conducted within the framework of modern and African dance forms Beginners to intermediate. Not your usual dance class. Teacher is Irina DeLoch Wayapurra Hall at the Creswick Neighbourhood Centre 4.30 pm till 5.30 pm Fridays Starts October 9 - note there will be no class on Nov 6 6 week block $72
