CPD25 Vedic Meditation, Ayurvedic Psychology and Eastern Psychiatry

A specialty CPD intensive for teachers, yoga therapists and allied health practitioners, including doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and mental health workers, who want to deepen clinical insight and bring evidence-informed contemplative practice into their work. Set in the peaceful foothills of Brisbane, this 3-day training brings together Vedic Meditation, Ayurvedic Psychology and Eastern contemplative traditions within an evidence-informed biopsychosocial model. You'll explore practices that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, therapeutic presence and reflective capacity, alongside current research in neuroscience, psychophysiology and environmental psychology, including traditional Vastu principles of home and garden design.
