About this event
Last year, Dawn of the Squat helped raise over $3300 for Black Dog Institute. This year, we're supporting mental health access for The Sunlight Centre with a lofty goal of raising $5000. The Sunlight Centre is a local mental health counselling charity that provides free counselling to people experiencing difficulties with their mental health including self harm and suicidal ideation.

Competitor Information Weigh-in from 7am on 12th December Squat-Only Event Raw (sleeves) ATX Rack (walk-out) + 20kg Samtek Bar Top-3 DOTS Score in Men and Women for prizes Spectator Information To access merch, please register as a "Spectator" and follow the prompts from there. Competition will be live from 8:30am, with lifting beginning at 9am.
