GARDEN VARIETY FUNDRAISER EVENT_supportive housing

The Kurilpa Supportive Housing project in Brisbane is a new development led by the Queensland Government Housing and Public Works, and operated in partnership with Common Ground Queensland and Micah Projects. The building provides a supportive, secure and stable home for young families and is a good example of the ‘missing-middle’ density done well. The building was designed by architects Vokes and Peters with Rothelowman. Join Sue Pope and Jarred Gunn for a discussion about the success of the supportive housing model and the new Kurilpa Supportive Housing project. SPEAKERS Sue Pope – CEO, Common Ground Queensland Common Ground Queensland is a registered charity that delivers safe, affordable, long-term supportive housing for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, as well as those needing affordable housing.
