Whether you're flying solo, bringing your little ones, or inviting a support person along. It’s a space for connection, conversation, and a whole lot of self-love. Inspired by the viral “Hot Girl Walk,” our “Hot Mum Walk” is a mindful and positive experience, encouraging you to: • Reflect on your goals • Practice gratitude • Embrace a sense of pride and self-love — or as we like to say, feel your HOT energy! Meet Your Hosts: We’re Katie and Caitlin — two local first-time mums who know firsthand how important it is to find your people during the wild, beautiful journey of motherhood. Hot Mums Walk Club was created from our shared passion to build a fun, supportive, and easy going space for mums to connect, move their bodies, and leave feeling a little lighter. How it Works: • 9AM: Grab a coffee at Capstone Degani’s (pay your own way) • 9:30 AM: Set off on a relaxed walk around the nearby lake (prams, carriers, and support crew all welcome) • Post-Walk: Head back to Degani’s for a second coffee or a relaxed lunch if you feel like staying. There's also a playground nearby for older kids to enjoy while mums catch up. No pressure, just good chats, fresh air, and friendly faces. Designed for Flexibility: Stay for as little or as long as you like — choose what best suits you and your baby, toddler, or kiddos. Whether you just pop in for coffee, join the walk, or stick around for some post-walk socialising, Hot Mums Walk Club is here to fit into your day, your way. Whether you’re craving adult conversation, new mum friends, or just a moment to reset, Hot Mums Walk Club is your new go-to. P.S.
