Through energy activation, music, and intuitive guidance, we will awaken the natural intelligence of your body and allow suppressed emotions, stress, and energetic blocks to move and release. You will be lying on the floor with your eyes closed for about an hour. You don't need to do anything, but just trust in the process and come as you are. • You don’t need any prior experience. • You don’t need to “know how to meditate.” • Every journey is different — your body will receive exactly what it’s ready for. • You are always in control, and your experience unfolds at your own pace. • This is a safe, held space where nothing is forced. What do I bring? -A water bottle -Your yoga mat -Wear comfortable clothes, so you can lie comfortably on the floor *The room has cushions (a lot), some blankets and (a few) spare mats if you need or bring your own. Who is the host? Anick, I am a French-Canadian psychology lecturer and certified Kundalini Facilitator. I arrived in Australia in 2014, and have been working in tertiary education for 15 years. My passion is to teach and support women's growth so they become who they are meant to be. I have been hosting Women's Circle in Brisbane for more than 4 years.
