🪭A 5-week beginner-friendly series for women 🪭 What if you could feel graceful as a queen and powerful as a warrior? Discover the beautiful art of Kung Fu Fan in a welcoming, beginner-friendly series designed to help you reconnect with your body, explore your strength, and move with confidence. No martial arts experience required. No intense cardio. No pressure to get it perfect. Just five weeks of beautiful movement, playful learning, and discovering what you're capable of. Together we will be exploring the mindset behind embodying the feeling of grace and power and how to express the two through movement. What's involved ✨Learn basic fan techniques - how to hold, close and open the fan with elegance and control 🪭Learn a short beautiful sequence - explore how to hold yourself gracefully and strike with power in this short kung fu fan routine that's been specifically designed for this series. Each movement is broken down into tiny steps with plenty of guidance and practice time 👑 Move with grace - explore posture, coordination, body awareness and the art of moving with intention ⚔️ Embrace your strength - discover the joy of expressing inner power through movement (and expressing some sass as well!) 👯‍♀️ Find your people - share a new experience with a small, supportive group of local women, where you can learn, laugh and grow together 📷 Recap videos - receive weekly short review videos after each session as a refresher of what was taught that week (sent to the email you register with via a google drive link) You don't need to be fit, flexible or naturally coordinated. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to try something new! ✨ A little about your instructor Hi, I'm Beth! I'm a Kung Fu and Tai Chi practitioner, instructor and founder of Radiant Studios. I've trained with renowned Masters and World Champions across Australia, China and Japan, and have had the honour of representing Australia at the World Championships. With over a decade of experience in these beautiful martial arts, I'm passionate about helping women feel more grounded in their bodies and discover the beautiful balance between grace and strength. For me, movement isn't just about what your body can do, it's also about how you feel while doing it. I created this series to share the joy of Kung Fu Fan in a space that feels welcoming, encouraging and a little different from your usual workout. Expect a friendly and supportive atmosphere, step-by-step guidance, lots of laughs, and the freedom to learn at your own pace. Haven't worked out in a while? No problem! This series isn't about pushing your limits or keeping up with anyone else. Upon entering from the road, head to the left hand side to park, this will place you right out the front of the entrance.
