Get ready for a day of hands-on fun at Gasworks Plaza's FREE Slime Making Workshop, presented in collaboration with Lab Kids! Little scientists can mix, stretch and create their very own colourful slime masterpiece to take home. This interactive workshop is a favourite among kids, combining creativity, sensory play and plenty of fun in a safe, low-mess environment. As an added bonus, every child will receive a slime container and one of Lab Kids' adorable collectible magnets to remember the day. Plus, enjoy FREE face painting throughout the event for even more holiday fun! Event Details Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026 Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm Location: Inside the Gasometer, Gasworks Plaza Age: Suitable for children aged 5-12 years Cost: FREE Workshop Sessions Sessions run hourly from 9:00am, with each workshop lasting approximately 1 hour. Places are limited to 20 children per session, ensuring every participant receives plenty of guidance and support. What's Included? • Guided slime-making workshop with all materials provided, including glue, allergy-friendly slime ingredients and a take-home container • FREE face painting during the event • Lab Kids collectible magnet • Your very own handmade slime creation to take home Important Information • One General Admission ticket is required per participating child. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket. • Each session is limited to 20 children. • Please arrive on time. Children arriving more than 10 minutes after their session start time may not be able to participate. • Digital or printed proof of ticket must be presented at the registration desk inside the Gasometer. • A maximum of four (4) tickets can be booked per transaction. • If you're unable to attend, bookings can be cancelled or modified through the Humanitix booking page.
