POP UP @ OUR SPACE: Casual + Social Life Drawing in Magandjin, Brisbane on some Tuesdays :-) Studio Maverik is popping up throughout September at OUR SPACE 𐃢 We're bringing you cosy life drawing sessions at the beautiful ceramics studio Our Space. ➛ Classic Studio Maverik life drawing sessions ➛ Held in the gorgeous studio space of Our Space ➛ Alcohol available for purchase (NOT BYO) ABOUT OUR LIFE DRAWING SESSIONS Our sessions involve a professional nude life model to draw inspiration from throughout the evening. At Studio Maverik, we take the tradition of life drawing and facilitate a contemporary space for all people to enjoy no-pressure creating and socialising. We work to foster a safe environment where both beginners and experienced artists alike can enjoy a drawing session. Sessions are self-guided and facilitated by two local artists, Frances & Rhianna. All experience levels are warmly welcomed and encouraged! • Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up; we will be starting at 6:30pm • Held at Our Space in Windsor • All basic drawing materials provided such as pencils, markers, erasers, sharpeners, paper, drawing boards etc and you can BYO additional materials • Poses range from 30-second warm-ups to 15-minute studies • Seated & floor seating available • Student ID/Concession card required when purchasing a student/concession ticket ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS + PEOPLE WELCOME ABOUT THE VENUE Welcome to Our Space. Our Space is a community pottery studio and coffee shop located on the north side of Meanjin/Brisbane. They offer a wonderful and welcoming space for pottery enthusiasts & local creatives. PARKING & TRANSPORT There are 6 car parks on site and plenty of street parking surrounding the venue, ACCESSIBILITY The level in which we will be hosting our sessions is accessible via ramp; however, the onsite bathroom is not accessible. Cancellation policy & refunds We have a strict cancellation policy that requires you to request a refund more than 48 hours before an event. You can request a refund via your eventbrite appointment email (manage order > request refund) to open up the spot for another drawer. We cannot swap your ticket for another date. Further class details Please keep your phone away & on silent while the model is posing. You're welcome to use it during the break. The use of Meta glasses or any concealed recording device is strictly prohibited. If you choose to work with wet mediums such as ink or paint we require you to come prepared with a floor cover, cleaning materials (such as a rag) and to take responsibility to prevent spillage/clean up any mess.
