Making and Mending Monday

We encourage you to bring in garments that need repairing, material that you would like to repurpose, a project that you're working on, and any other textile creations or ideas you would like to work on and knowledge share with. Connecting with people, in a safe, social and supportive space for connection, mentoring and generational learning, supports our individual and community wellbeing. We will provide sewing tools [pins, needles, threads, scissors, measuring tapes etc], material stock, patterns, a couple of sewing machines, and other supplies that would be helpful. Feel free to bring material/textiles, adornments and details needed for your project or repairing/repurposing task. Morning tea also provided. Change starts with us, so let's share resources, knowledge, skills and time to learn and share together.
