Youth Offer This workshop is suitable for teenagers (12- to 18-year-olds) who are accompanied by mum, dad or an adult guardian. About the Facilitator Carmen is a qualified and passionate naturopath who values the importance of educating patients to empower themselves to enable the body to do what it is naturally equipped for, and that is, to heal itself. Her passion is health and well-being, and the prevention of disease, while understanding the importance of lifestyle and emotional support as a holistic approach, valuing the important role of food, incorporating nutrition, herbal medicine, identifying deficiencies, addressing toxicities while utilising the healing power of nature. She values the role of finding and pursuing your passions, and the benefits of the mindfulness aspect of creativity, for ultimate health and well-being. Carmen has been teaching many arts and crafts over the years to both adults and children, as well as corporate training in the natural medicine field and is an avid lover of all things nature, from rainforest walks to gardening, motorbike riding and caravanning.
