Join Sacred Sounds Australia for a gentle Tuesday morning Relaxation Soundbath Series, created to give you time and space to slow down, rest and simply be. Beginning Tuesday 6 October at 9:00am at Kruger Hall, this 10-week series explores a different relaxation theme each week through immersive sound, crystal singing bowls and gentle sound instruments. And thanks to Brisbane Healthy Active, each session is only $4. Whether you have experienced a sound bath before or are completely new to sound, you are welcome. Each week you will be invited to get comfortable, settle into the space and experience a guided relaxation sound journey designed to support rest, relaxation and a greater sense of calm. 10 Weeks • 10 Themes • 10 Sound Journeys Across the series we will explore themes including: Pause • Breathe • Release • Rest • Restore • Ground • Soothe • Unwind • Receive • Reconnect Every week is a complete experience, so you don't need to attend all 10 sessions. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to comfortably relax during the session, such as a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water. Chairs can also be used if lying down isn't comfortable for you.
