Across the day, you’ll move through restorative yoga and Biodynamic Craniosacral Touch Therapy, intuitive art and creative reflection, an afternoon circle exploring feminine wisdom and embodied intuition, and a closing sound bath. There is also time between practices to wander the grounds, sit quietly, connect with others—or simply do nothing. Held at Temple Retreat’s ten-acre private sanctuary in the green hills of Pullenvale, just 20 minutes from Brisbane, the day offers a rare chance to step outside the usual rhythm and into spaciousness. Enjoy a nourishing plant-based seasonal lunch by Yoke Kitchen, refreshments and all creative materials, with the day held by Sonja Mapleston, osteopath Yana Haseya, and author and scholar Dr Joanna Kujawa.
