✨ The School Holiday Sound Cocoon & Creation ✨ School Holiday Sound & Creation is a nurturing parent + child experience held within the Earthern Soul Zen Den, created especially for ages 8–14. In a world that can feel busy and full — even during the school holidays — this experience is an invitation for you and your child to spend some intentional time simply slowing down and connecting together. Each parent and child will have their own individual Sound Cocoon, allowing you to experience the journey alongside one another while still having your own space. We’ll begin with a gentle mindful nervous-system meditation, bringing awareness to the breath and body and allowing ourselves to arrive in the space. You’ll then settle into the cocoons for a 30-minute Crystal Bowl Sound Journey, surrounded by the gentle frequencies of crystal bowls and supporting sounds. Following our sound experience, we’ll move into 15 minutes of collaborative creation. Together as a group, we’ll create one shared artwork inspired by our experience — painting the colours, shapes, symbols, words or visions that came through during our time in the cocoons. There is absolutely no need to be “good at art.” This is about expression rather than perfection and allowing each person to add their own little piece to something we create together. A beautiful school-holiday experience weaving together: Mindfulness • Sound • Connection • Creation Tuesday 22 September 2026 10:00am – approx. 11:30am Ages 8–14 $45 per Parent + Child pair Includes 2 individual Sound Cocoons (option to add a single child & cocoon for additional $23) Limited to 6 parent + child pairs / 12 cocoons. A parent or guardian participates alongside their child for the entire experience. 🌙 Session Details & What to Bring ✨ Arrival: Please arrive at 9:45am. This allows time for smudging, grounding, and being warmly welcomed into the space. Each guest will then be personally guided and settled into their individual Sound Cocoon, so we can begin together at 10:00am. ✨ What to Wear & Bring: • Wear comfortable, and snuggly clothing to fully relax. • Bring a blanket to keep cozy. • Eye covers are beautiful for deepening the journey. • Pillows are provided, so you can simply arrive, rest, and receive. • Paint and brushes will be provided for creation activity This gentle preparation creates a sacred container, so you can truly surrender into the Sound Cocoon experience. 🌙 Please feel free to reach out to Jarna 0409 596 563 if you have any other enquiries about session.
