SING FOR JOY

Come and experience the joy of singing together in a warm and welcoming afternoon of music, harmony and connection. Singing has a wonderful way of bringing us into the present moment. It can lift our spirits, ease stress, build confidence and create a genuine sense of connection and belonging — and when we sing together, something special happens. Julia will guide you through fun and easy somatic vocal tips to help your voice feel more relaxed and free, before bringing everyone together through uplifting songs, beautiful harmonies and playful call-and-response singing. There'll be plenty of opportunity to sing, laugh, learn something new and experience the wonderful feeling of being surrounded by other voices. This isn't about singing perfectly. All levels are welcome and no singing experience is needed. Whether you've been singing all your life or haven't sung since school, come exactly as you are. Come along, lift your spirits, find your voice and feel the joy of singing together. Please bring: • A water bottle • Your sense of adventure!
