Solace & Social | Pilates by HOUSE OF SCULPT

More than Pilates. A morning of movement, meaningful connection and raising awareness of sexual violence, supporting Full Stop Australia. A morning to move, connect and be part of something bigger. 🤎 Join us for a thoughtfully curated Pilates and wellness experience, bringing women together through movement, meaningful connection and a shared purpose. Hosted by Solace & Social in collaboration with HOUSE OF SCULPT, the morning will begin with intention setting, followed by a 45-minute mat Pilates class. Afterwards, enjoy freshly brewed tea, sweet treats, thoughtful gifts from our generous sponsors and time to connect with the women around you. Beyond movement, this morning is about shedding light on sexual violence and the importance of accessible support for those impacted. We’re proud to be supporting Full Stop Australia, an organisation providing trauma-specialist counselling and advocating for meaningful, survivor-informed change. Proceeds from ticket sales will help sustain their 24/7 National Trauma-Specialist Counselling service, 1800 Full Stop, which relies entirely on donations and philanthropic support. Funds raised will also contribute to their advocacy work, helping amplify survivor voices and drive lasting change. You don’t need to know anyone, and you don’t need any Pilates experience! Just come as you are! We truly can’t wait to share this morning with you. 🤎
